Ingredients
For the Fruit Filling:
- 3 cups fresh or frozen sliced peaches
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
For the Crumble Topping:
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, cubed (or vegan butter)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss peaches and blueberries with sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt. Spread evenly in a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- In a second bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add cold butter and mix until the mixture forms coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the fruit mixture.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until the top is golden and the fruit is bubbling around the edges.
- Let cool for 10–15 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.

- Use cold butter to ensure a crumbly texture.
- Frozen fruit works great—just extend the bake time by 5–7 minutes.
- Add nuts (like pecans or almonds) for extra crunch.
