Ingredients
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- ¼ cup salsa
- 1 cup tortilla chips, crushed
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash avocado until mostly smooth.
- Stir in black beans until combined.
- Mix in salsa to evenly coat the filling.
- Fold in crushed tortilla chips just before assembling.
- Warm tortillas until soft and flexible.
- Divide filling among tortillas, roll into wraps, and serve.
