Description

Seasoned lean ground beef cooked quickly and used as a flavorful filling for burger-inspired wraps.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450–500 g) lean ground beef, 90% lean or higher
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ⅔ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, until browned.
  3. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  4. Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Stir in Worcestershire sauce until evenly combined.
  6. Cook for 2–3 minutes until fully cooked and well seasoned.
  7. Remove from heat and use as filling for wraps.
