Ingredients
- 1 lb (450–500 g) lean ground beef, 90% lean or higher
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- ⅔ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, until browned.
- Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce until evenly combined.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes until fully cooked and well seasoned.
- Remove from heat and use as filling for wraps.
