Description

Creamy, herby, and full of flavor, this easy baked salmon is topped with melted Boursin cheese, lemon, and garlic—ready in under 30 minutes for a no-fuss, gourmet-style meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (56 oz each), skin-on or skinless
  • 1 Boursin cheese round (5.2 oz), garlic & fine herbs flavor
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet or grease a baking dish.
  2. Pat salmon dry and place on baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix Boursin cheese, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, zest, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spread mixture over each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily. Broil 1–2 minutes for golden top, if desired.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • Use skin-on fillets for extra moisture.
  • Add cherry tomatoes or asparagus to the pan for a one-pan meal.
  • Pair with rice, roasted vegetables, or crusty bread.
