Creamy, herby, and full of flavor, this easy baked salmon is topped with melted Boursin cheese, lemon, and garlic—ready in under 30 minutes for a no-fuss, gourmet-style meal.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (5–6 oz each), skin-on or skinless
- 1 Boursin cheese round (5.2 oz), garlic & fine herbs flavor
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet or grease a baking dish.
- Pat salmon dry and place on baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix Boursin cheese, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, zest, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread mixture over each salmon fillet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily. Broil 1–2 minutes for golden top, if desired.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
