Description
Flaky crescent rolls filled with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and melted cheddar cheese, baked until golden.
Ingredients
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet.
- Cook bacon until crispy and crumble into pieces.
- Whisk eggs with salt and pepper, then scramble until just set.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Add eggs, bacon, and a sprinkle of cheese to each triangle.
- Roll from the wide end to the tip and place on baking sheet.
- Brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Do not overfill to prevent leaking.
- Slightly undercook eggs before baking for best texture.
