Description

Flaky crescent rolls filled with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and melted cheddar cheese, baked until golden.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. Cook bacon until crispy and crumble into pieces.
  3. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper, then scramble until just set.
  4. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  5. Add eggs, bacon, and a sprinkle of cheese to each triangle.
  6. Roll from the wide end to the tip and place on baking sheet.
  7. Brush with melted butter.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Do not overfill to prevent leaking.
  • Slightly undercook eggs before baking for best texture.
