A warm and gooey bake made with cinnamon rolls, apple pie filling, and caramel for a cozy dessert or brunch favorite.
Ingredients
- 67 g dark brown sugar, packed
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 cans (8-count each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls (icing reserved)
- 60 ml salted butter, melted
- 300 g apple pie filling
- 2 tablespoons caramel syrup
- Extra caramel syrup (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters and place in the dish.
- Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Pour mixture over cinnamon rolls and toss lightly.
- Spread apple pie filling evenly on top.
- Drizzle caramel syrup over everything.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Drizzle reserved icing and extra caramel before serving.
Notes
- Let the bake cool slightly before serving for best texture.
- Add nuts for extra crunch.
