Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 tablespoon oil
Hot Honey Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
Instructions
- Pat chicken dry and pound to even thickness if needed.
- Mix garlic, hot sauce, spices, salt, pepper, and oil; coat chicken evenly.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F and lightly grease basket.
- Cook chicken 10–14 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Melt butter, stir in honey and hot sauce until smooth.
- Brush glaze over chicken and air fry 1–2 more minutes.
- Rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
