Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon oil

Hot Honey Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce


Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry and pound to even thickness if needed.
  2. Mix garlic, hot sauce, spices, salt, pepper, and oil; coat chicken evenly.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F and lightly grease basket.
  4. Cook chicken 10–14 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Melt butter, stir in honey and hot sauce until smooth.
  6. Brush glaze over chicken and air fry 1–2 more minutes.
  7. Rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
