Description

Crispy, spicy, and cheesy — these Air Fryer Hot Chicken and Cheese Wraps are the perfect quick meal! Packed with juicy chicken, melted cheese, and zesty buffalo flavor, they’re ready in under 25 minutes. A healthier, high-protein meal you’ll crave again and again.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or homemade)
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce (adjust to spice preference)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of cheddar and mozzarella)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter (for brushing)
  • Optional add-ins: sliced jalapeños, onions, or bell peppers for extra flavor

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer:
Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and let it preheat while preparing the wraps.
  2. Prepare the Filling:
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese. Mix well until evenly coated.
  3. Assemble the Wraps:
Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Spoon about ½ cup of the chicken mixture into the center, then fold the sides in and roll tightly like a burrito.
  4. Brush and Air Fry:
Lightly brush each wrap with melted butter and place seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook for 7–9 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crisp and golden brown.
  5. Serve:
Slice in half and serve hot with extra ranch, blue cheese dressing, or a drizzle of buffalo sauce.

Notes

  • For a milder version, mix half buffalo sauce and half BBQ sauce.
  • Want extra crunch? Add a few minutes to the cook time or lightly spray wraps with oil.
  • Use low-carb tortillas for a keto-friendly meal.
  • Make ahead: Assemble and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before air frying.
  • For a creamy twist, add a little cream cheese or avocado to the filling.
