Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or homemade)
- ½ cup buffalo sauce (adjust to spice preference)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of cheddar and mozzarella)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 1 tablespoon melted butter (for brushing)
- Optional add-ins: sliced jalapeños, onions, or bell peppers for extra flavor
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer:
Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and let it preheat while preparing the wraps. - Prepare the Filling:
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese. Mix well until evenly coated. - Assemble the Wraps:
Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Spoon about ½ cup of the chicken mixture into the center, then fold the sides in and roll tightly like a burrito. - Brush and Air Fry:
Lightly brush each wrap with melted butter and place seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook for 7–9 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crisp and golden brown. - Serve:
Slice in half and serve hot with extra ranch, blue cheese dressing, or a drizzle of buffalo sauce.
Notes
- For a milder version, mix half buffalo sauce and half BBQ sauce.
- Want extra crunch? Add a few minutes to the cook time or lightly spray wraps with oil.
- Use low-carb tortillas for a keto-friendly meal.
- Make ahead: Assemble and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before air frying.
- For a creamy twist, add a little cream cheese or avocado to the filling.
