Description

Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1.5 tbsp (22ml) extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves (20g) garlic, finely minced
- 1 tsp (5g) coarse sea salt
- 0.5 tsp (2g) black pepper, freshly cracked
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.
- Pat the trimmed green beans completely dry with a paper towel.
- In a large bowl, toss the green beans with olive oil, minced garlic, sea salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the green beans in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if needed.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until tender-crisp with golden, slightly charred edges.
- Serve immediately while the garlic is still crispy and fragrant.
Notes
- Dry the green beans thoroughly before tossing to ensure they crisp up rather than steam.
- Work in batches if needed — overcrowding leads to soggy beans, not crispy ones.
