Description

Crispy air fryer chicken breasts coated in Parmesan and Italian bread crumbs, topped with marinara and melted mozzarella for a quick and satisfying dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts (8 ounces each)
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray basket.
  2. In one bowl, whisk eggs. In another, mix bread crumbs and shredded Parmesan.
  3. Dip chicken into eggs, then coat evenly in bread crumb mixture.
  4. Place in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Air fry 2–3 more minutes until cheese is melted. Rest briefly before serving.

Notes

  • Pound chicken to even thickness for uniform cooking
