Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and rub to coat evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Season both sides of the chicken evenly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 9–11 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving.
