Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper


Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and rub to coat evenly.
  3. In a small bowl, mix salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. Season both sides of the chicken evenly.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  6. Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 9–11 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving.
