Ingredients
- 1 whole garlic bulb
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the top off the garlic bulb to expose the tops of the cloves.
- Drizzle with 1 tsp olive oil and season lightly with salt.
- Wrap loosely in foil, leaving a small opening at the top.
- Air fry for 25–30 minutes, until cloves are soft and golden.
- Cool slightly, then squeeze roasted garlic out of the bulb.

- Use fresh, firm garlic for best texture and sweetness.
- Add herbs like thyme or rosemary before roasting for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers submerged in olive oil in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
