Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup or honey
- ⅔ cup creamy all-natural peanut butter
- 1 ¼ cups old-fashioned rolled oats
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine peanut butter and maple syrup (or honey) until smooth.
- Stir in the rolled oats until fully combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 15-20 minutes to firm up.
- Roll the dough into balls (about 1 tablespoon per ball).
- Chill again if desired or enjoy immediately.
Notes
- Add mini chocolate chips, raisins, or coconut for extra flavor.
- Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for longer storage.
