Description

This 3-Ingredient Blueberry Bubble Up is the easiest dessert you’ll ever make! With biscuits, blueberry pie filling, and a touch of cinnamon, it bakes into a warm, bubbly treat topped with a sweet glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits (8-count)
  • 1 can (21 oz) blueberry pie filling
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Optional Glaze:

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 23 teaspoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Biscuits: Open the can of biscuits and cut each into quarters.
  3. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the biscuit pieces, blueberry pie filling, and cinnamon. Toss gently to coat.
  4. Assemble: Pour the mixture evenly into your prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake: Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until the biscuits are puffed, golden brown, and bubbling.
  6. Make the Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
  7. Drizzle & Serve: Drizzle the glaze over the warm dessert. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Don’t overmix: Gently fold the biscuits with the filling so they stay light and fluffy.
  • Check halfway through: If the top browns too quickly, cover loosely with foil.
  • Add crunch: Sprinkle chopped pecans or almonds on top before baking.
  • Try different fillings: Cherry, apple, or peach pie filling works perfectly too.
  • Best served warm: Reheat leftovers in the oven for that fresh-baked texture.
